Yesterday i ordered * rolls and a cold coffee from rolls mania on zomato.
When delivery person came to my door he showed me that my coffee is totally spilled and said that their packing was not good. So i asked what should i do now so he said cancel your order and it's fully refundable this is happening me first time so i abide him cancel my order and he said wait for ** minutes u will get your refund than u can order again.
But when i started asking from customer care about my refund then they said u cancel order so there is no refund from our side then i explain whole situation to him , then he take me and that delivery person on conference call where he totally changed his statement and said that he never came to deliver me my order. Than i asked me where is my order now so he said they have to return it to vendor that is rolls mania so i asked customer care person to confirm it from rolls mania that they got it or not and make sure that coffee was spilled or not so rolls mania said that they didn't get the order back that means delivery person is lying so i need my money back and i also wants that some strict action should be taken against him.
