I have placed prepaid order on nykaa on **/**, so they had dispatched the shipment and at the day of delivery they conveyed your shipment is failed for delivery. I had mailed support team for urgent delivery of the shipment but they only conveyed will get back to you after figuring out. **hrs passed no one is bothered to reply me. Even they are not allowing me to cancel the order nor they are delivering the parcel. This is the worst part wherein customer is continuosly following up and the nykaa team is not at all bothered.
