Purchased A Monile from Tata Cliq App. On *th May. Estimated delivery time was mentioned as **rd May.
Package never arrived as yet on **th. No intimation too.
Repeated lodging of issue with App's support feature remained un answered . Call IVRS feature never materialises and disconnects.
I wanted to gift this so I did not yet cancel for the obvious insensitive way the app is functioning and i fear refund will not happen
