I have purchased * free trials from smyttem , courier charges Rs*** paid by me . They dispatch the courier and it shows delivery to some other person. Instantly I lodge a complain by mail regarding wrong delivery.
Earlier they replied to my mails but after some days they stop answering my mails , i have also visited to their courier partners but they both are not ready to take responsibility.
Now I feel like cheated by smytten.
