I placed an order on **th Oct and my order was not delivered even after * hours. So I had a chat with Zepto associates and I was told they the order will be cancelled and I would be receiving the refund in next *-* days. I emailed them again since I haven’t not received the refund but they said nothing can be done and they can only assist ** hours for the date of the order. I have contacted them many times, shared screenshots but nothing is done regarding this. I’ve been using Zepto for a long time now but didn’t know they will scam me this way.
