I had ordered Philips trimmer on **th May , with order no ********-*******. Dispatched on **th May only
It had reached Ghaziabad (Mohan Nagar) hub on **th May ,with Delhivery courier service to deliver the shipment. I patiently waited till **th May and called Nykaa only on **th May to know the reason of delay.
My area comes in orange zone and the delivery hub is *-*kms away from the delivery area. I can understand the lockdown effects but can’t expect product to come out of red zone (thane) in *days and not get delivered in *days.(Sahibabad)
I had a verbal communication with Mr Satish who promised to look into the matter and gave **hours for delivery. on ** th May . Today is **May and I fail to understand , no one is giving a genuine reason. I even raised complaint with the courier services too but they too can’t find the product.
They are not cancelling the order nor refunding the amount
