I ordered two plates pav bhaji from shiv Sagar Viman Nagar, Pune at *.** pm (prepaid Order)
at *.** pm. I called the delivery executive assigned to please try and expedite the delivery as I have children and they are quite hungry. He agreed to deliver soon. At *.** I called him again as GPS showed he was in the opposite direction. He said madam I am filing petrol just give me * minutes. I called again at *.** he said sorry sorry I am coming in * mins. At **.** I called again he again apologized for the delay but didn't seem to have even picked up the parcel from the restaurant (which otherwise is ** mins away from the delivery address).
After many calls, he finally answers my call at **.** pm and asks - order kahan se pick up karna tha? Your order is showing delivered!! I said send me a screenshot.
Then **.** he somehow manages to make an appearance with the wrong order. And then has the audacity to say this is your order only and you have to take it. I told him my order number is **** and you have got the wrong order. I even showed him the order details. He said he can't help it, this is the order. I returned it back and sent him going. I called the restaurant, they said they have no idea as all orders are picked up and they have no info of when and who picked it up.
I hear voices outside and the boy and his friend are chatting there. With no remorse he goes restaurant doesn't have an answer and swiggy help & support link is inaccessible. At **.**, the boy calls again - madam your order is not cancelled and I don't know which restaurant to get it from. Please do something. I told him it's his sufferance and I can do nothing. He kept calling * times after that till **.** when I blasted him for not having manners of what time to call. The order is still undelivered and my money stuck
