I came from office thinking that I should order and ice-cream from nearby from Zomato, took subscription and placed and order, and paid online .delivery guy was so illiterate that he couldn't understand the location. Later on he was not answering the phone calls and the order shown that it's delivered
Got in touch with customer executive. Was giving me refund of ***.** and I lost **rs here, if i wudnt have ordered i wudnt have wasted my time, my **rs my mental health and unnecessary subscription of zonato
