Package was picked up on **- **- **** * items from pune to Agra and our point of contact was Dilip Sharma - ********** and they said they will deliver in * days as we have tomorrow international travel all our suitcases and important documents is in there.
As we continuous speaking to them they next * days it will got delivered
But today we got to know that package is moved on **th Jan while we have given on **th Jan ****.
They said it has reached to Gurgaon yesterday only. But today we got to know that on ** or **th Jan it will reach Delhi.
Mr. Dilip keep on saying it that it has reached Gurgaon you will get in * days.
And his number is switched off and he never answered the call.
This is unprofessional and this is heights.
We have loss of our things at a time as we are travelling tomorrow international.
Those suit cases we need to carry them Tomorrow
Please see to it and take action against it
