I have booked for transporting house hold from Tinsukia Assam to Silchar Assam due to transfer on **/**/**** in Rs **,***/- as per quotation accepted. But when Truck reached Guwahati and about to depart from Guwahati to Silchar on **/**/**** night,I called Branch Manager Guwahati about position of Truck,then he started mis behaving and threatening that You have to pay Rs *,*** more as per my old quotation ,then the truck will move. Seeing the situation to reach my house hold any how by **/**/**** due to starting of dassehera puja from **/**/****, I bound to pay Rs *,***/- *n **/**/**** night as Rs **,*** already paid on **/**/**** as per accepted quotation then truck moved and reached Silchar **/**/**** afternoon. So,please look into the matter and arrange to refund Rs *,***/ and take necessary action against branch Manager.
