I ordered lehenga for my cousins wedding on *nd of February. Its *th of April and I didn't receive anything. It was counting on them everyday as I made the payment within minutes.
I hardly used to get any replies or updates from them.Its not about money but mental torture you go through everyday. I waited and kept on giving them time.I also told them I will file a fraud complaint which they hardly cared.I think such company or websites should be shut as the company runs on reliability and goodwill.We are customers, we make them but such pathetic response careless attitude and fraud would get them down in no time.
