Delivered a fake product even after asking if it’s the same as shown in the picture. Material and the embroidery and even the dupatta turned out to be cheap quality fabric other than as quoted.
When asked for an exchange atleast they have been responding slow and asking to wait but no clarity on process till now.
Now they want me to pay additional courier charges for the product I would order in exchange and also return courier . And am skeptical how the new product will be , what if it’s the same fake product and i would end up paying additional amount now. So , I need a refund and I can courier back the existing product
