Placed order for an Ergonomic chair and Office table.
They delivered the chair on *th, which was faulty one. Raised a concern and the executive was arguing to prove that the product is not faulty. Not sure how he can state it is great product without even seeing it. Very much offended with their support, i decided to dismantle the product and not to use it.
The table was supposed to be delivered on **th, today its **, they did not deliver, on **th morning I am moving to a different state permanently(Planned my trip based on the delivery date given). The support team is not picking up calls, and not responding to emails. I have emailed there grievance team, still no response. Now Decided to live with the loss of ***** rs. I cant bare the mental pressure anymore. Let them take the money...
Advice to all, please do not place any order with Pepperfry. First thing, they wont deliver quality products as they promise. Second thing, they have the worlds worst support team.
