Amazon fraud....Kindly help me in dis.
I order Whirlpool Refrigerator ***ltrs during Great Indian Sale.In Sep.**.
That time offer was
Amount was ₹*****
Less : exchange ₹****
Less : **% cash back ₹****
Net Payment done ₹ *****
Now I got message on **.**.** that I will get my order on **.**.**.But on **.**.** a call from Amazon came to inform that due to Amazon transport Service my product was deliver at Anand so delivery may delay but reach till **.**.**.
As I have very positive view towards Amazon i set up my mind for delay.
But after that real story begin
as daily i call n talk wid Amazon customer executive dey promise me that I will get my product on **.**.**.
But after **.**.** as didn't get my product i am again call to Amazon n finally dey mail me n in chat also dey confirm me that I get my product on **.**.**.
As I am continuously call n talked wid customer service from **.**.** to ** *ct.**.
Dey ensure me that I will get my product anyway.
But on **.**.** i got message from Amazon that my product was not deliver n amount will be refund to you.
So I contacted Amazon.That time I got to know that my product was damaged in transit so Amazon return dis product widout informing me n not providing me my order also.
So my question is to Amazon..
*.who is responsible for dis delay as Amazon deliver the same by its own Amazon Transport Service ?
*.customer satisfaction is ur prime intention what happens in my case.?
*.widout my permission how can you decide for return ,cancel order or for refund as Amazon already delay it by ** days n by der's own promise for delivery ?
*.as i track my product n it was at Vadodara n i offer Amazon to pick my product den why you not agree ?
*.If you are not capable dan why you hold my valuable money as it was handsome amount for ** days ?
*.who bare the interest cost ?
*.who is for such kind of mental harassment as from **.**.** to **.**.** i am daily calling for my order ?
still i didn't get my order n also not cancel the same.
Even dey don't deliver the product in tracking dey show me despatched on **.**.**
N
Finally today i.e.**.**.** undiverable..
Really very shameful Amazon..Didn't expected.
