I have shipped an item worth **** from Hyderabad to Haryana on June **th ****. The AWB number is ************* My parcel hasnt crossed Hyderabad and there is no update since *st July. I have sent multiple emails and all they say is Please wait for *-* days and be rest assured that the parcel has reached Hyderabad. I have told them multiple times that the parcel was picked up from Hyderabad and there is no update regarding that but they keep on repeating the same response without doing anything about it.
They say that COVID ** has limited their operations when in fact all shipments are working from their company.
