I had a conversation with the Delhivery team and they confirmed to me that out of the total packages, one of the packages was short and they received it only yesterday. It was completely Delhivery's fault and why am I being penalized for the same. The promised delivery date as per the Delhivery portal is **/**/** and that's today. Based on this, I have committed to my customer that the material will be delivered on or before **/**/**. My customer has mentioned to me that they would not accept the material and cancel the entire order if it is not delivered by **/**/**.
I have been sending emails since Monday (**/**/**) requesting for early delivery but to no avail and they are not even sticking to your promised delivery date. The Durga puja holiday starts from **/**/**.
I want the material to be delivered today without fail or else I will have to take it up legally for compensation for incurring loss (if my order gets cancelled).
