My package tracking status is reached palakkad and delivery date is *th Aug still not delivered and I communicate calls and mails. Delhivery team insured delivered before *th Aug after that delhivery team informed can't deliver on this time, reason is heavy rain but *th,*th,*th, not rain palakkad. So please provide to my material.
