I had made an order for Samsung Washing Machine on **-**-****. This was supposed to be delivered on *th Sep. However I had come to know that there was a delay from Samsung/Delivery partner by claiming that I was not available at the time of delivery, which is completely false. The delivery was reinitiated for * consecutive days and rejected due to the same false reason. It was later after various follow ups I found out that the delivery could not happen due to some internal issue of samsung/it's delivery partner. I was forced to cancel the order on **th Sep wherein I had received a message saying that the cancellation request was rejected. I had called samsung later only to find out it was actually cancelled.
With regard to the refund, I have not received the refund till date. I was told by Samsung that It would take *-* days to receive the refund. Today when I called I was told it will take *-** days to process the refund. This has caused me so much mental stress dealing with Samsung/its delivery partner and on top of that we have not had a washing machine for over ** days which has caused so much stress to sort the laundry out in between our hectic work schedules.
