Order not delivered on given date and time, post calling the contact center we got to know that vendor denied delivery due to personal reasons. This was not updated to us unless we called the call centre. Also, they are not refunding the amount tothe original payment mode. WHY WOULD i STUCK MY MONEY WITH SUCH A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. IF REQUIRED I WILL WRITE TO CONSUMER FORUM. I NEED MY AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED BACK TO ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT. THERE SHOULD BE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY
