I placed an order on zepto at *:** am on **th April ****, the order was supposed to delivered in * minutes but still it is fine if it gets a bit late and not even fulfills it’s **minute promise of delivering but I expected the order to be delivered when I was craving for food all this while I had to reach out to the customer care and I was getting same response please wait for little longer and now I am in a situation where I am expecting an order so why would I place another order from sone other app. With no clarity given from zepto about the order at * ** am the support asked me to cancel this order and gave me ** rs coupon, which isn’t something that truly compensates my time loss and ofocourse the urgency of getting food to settle up my cravings
