I had placed an order on Zomato App today vide order no. *********; and paid for the same using net banking services.
Subsequently Zomato cancelled my order and all my pleas to ensure supply of the food ordered from nearby restaurant partner fell on deaf ears. Such an attitude was never expected from Zomato and its employees; and caused huge mental trauma and humiliation as all my staff members had to remain hungry for the day. I seek proper redressal only to ensure that the same is not repeated in future with any other person.
