Hi sir/mam ihave ordered an @egg biryani at **:**am /**/august/**
So the estimated delivery time **mins
So as I have awaited till *:** ihave received an msg that our delivery partner has been contacted u ur Mobile hasn't reachable so kindly contact to the delivery partner with in **mins if u didn't contact so the order get cancelled
So I'm trying to contact to the delivery partner his mobile getting an switch as I'm trying trying same getting an switch off icontacted to the swiggy customer care executive they r saying that delivery partner isn't reachable will cancel the order so u can place an new order
I'm too hungry ididnt asked any refund to them ND what can ido now??
My time got wasted ihave waited till *:** food hasn't delivered
So today I have contacted to the customer care executive they r saying that order got delivered
Ididnt yet took oh order
ND next another time I have contacted to the customer care executive they r saying that delivery partner has been with an incident so that's y order hasn't delivered y this people are playing games with me?? They will say that intiate an refund
