Zomato cheated me today.
Order not delivered stating I haven't responded one-time.
Got a miss call little late and called the sane number within * min. Was in washroom when I got a call.

When I called, it guided me to drop voice message and i did so.
Even though zomato cancelled my order and refund not made.

Such approach is not acceptable.

When contacted customer care, they dont have any answer and not given refund.

This is not correct and never expected such thing from zomato.

Planning to lodge complaint in consumer forum.
