- Order Cancelled by Mistake but Full Amount Charged Open

On ** Feb ****, I placed an order worth ₹*** in the Punjagutta area,Hyderabad. Due to a confusing app interface interaction, I accidentally tapped cancel when I actually intended to keep the order. Before I could correct it, the order was cancelled and the full amount was charged as a cancellation fee even though the order was cancelled almost immediately and no delivery effort was made.
I tried contacting customer support but only received automated responses without proper resolution. Being charged the full amount for an unintended cancellation within minutes feels unfair and has caused both financial loss and unnecessary frustration. I am requesting a review of this case and a refund of the charged amount.
