I ordered a Samsung Galaxy M** mobile phone along with paneer from Swiggy on ** March ****. The total amount paid was ₹*,*** + ₹***.

Upon delivery, I received a defective/damaged mobile phone in compromised condition. I immediately contacted Swiggy support multiple times and requested a return and refund. However, despite raising genuine concerns and sharing details, my refund request was repeatedly denied without proper justification.
Additionally, my Swiggy account was blocked after I raised the complaint, which amounts to unfair and unethical treatment of a customer raising a legitimate grievance.
This entire experience has caused financial loss, mental harassment, and serious inconvenience. Delivering a defective electronic product and refusing refund despite repeated complaints is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
I have already initiated a chargeback through my bank and also approached the National Consumer Helpline regarding this issue.
I request:
*. Immediate return pickup of the defective product
*. Full refund of the paid amount
*. Appropriate action against such unfair practices
