I reserved bus ticket from Kakinada to amalapuram , but I changed my planning of journy due to covid -**,I wanted to cancelled my bus ticket .I tried to cancel my bus ticket but it shows there is an error in cancellation of ticket ,I triedvigourosly but there is no use . Finally I went to apsrtc bus stop Kakinada I explained my journy cancellation but they did not respond in proper way , even they did not understand about my problem,I lose my money and valuable time so I m expecting justice from apsrtc
