I took an ola ride, from the Airport to my destination.
The GPS path showed a completely different path from the path which the cab took.
Fortunately, my location tracking was on so I have proof that the path which the cab took was different than what was shown.
I called Ola Support, did many emails.
And now they emailed that they cannot refund in such cases.
There is no explanation attached.
