Ive bin scammed by Samsung undr false mrkting. I purchased * Z Fold handsets under deferred exchange progm In Aug ** & was assured it will happen in * week its bin * months & I hav moved * a new location frm my old residence Nw Samsung refuses to do it aftr failing * do so within committed time. I need help as clearly Samsung didnt keep its part of the bargain of timely action & now sherking away frm fulfilling the contract. Aftr **+ email exchanges & & **+ phone calls of false assurance tht the case is escalated & I will receieve the promised deal of cashback which Samsung had advertised as thr delay is frm Samsung side & fault is frm their shopping team department to not hav the same picked on time. Nw they say they can't do nothing and will cancel the deal. How is this acceptable? Delay from their side I waited for * months do I put my life to a stop and wait for them to pick up the product? I had clearly asked at the time of purchase and was told sir ur moving in a month And we will pick the product and finish the deal in a week span. I need help resolve this issue. This is clearly a #SCAM!!! I feel #CHEATED!!!! #Samsungscam!!! Is this how Samsung works in India. Clearly they would not be able to do this anywhere outside of India. Y we Indians As consumers are being mistreated and scammed by these international firms. I want the media to escalate this issue as thr are many ppl who r facing this issue with samsung & companies like them having no moral or social responsibility & business ethics. Who will listen to us??
