- Nykaa fraud call ^Open

On **nd Aug ****, I have ordered a cream from Nykaa worth around *** RS/- Next day on **rd Aug at **:** AM I have received a call from the number ********** started saying hello madam we are calling from Nykaa, yesterday you have ordered a cream. I agreed then they have told my address, pincode, Even mode of payment. Said as you have ordered the product your number was selected for a gift. They said they have chosen * customer for this gift, which is absolutely free of cost. Then gave a condition to select items worth *k in Nykaa and add them in the cart. They promised to give **% discount on those cart items too.I have selected and they asked me to pay the same amount using Google pay, Paytm or upi transactions. I said I have Debit card of 'X' bank. They said no ma'am it's not allowed you can only use the given payment options. I have spoken to total * members, those robbers were sitting in group and acted like they are transferring call from * department to other. Then * lady asked me to choose my gift even gave option of colors. I have chosen, she said everything is confirmed now just little formalities are pending of documentation. Then said transferring the call to account department. One male member said as we have promised the gift in absolutely free of cost we won't charge anything but we need to show GST documentation to Govt. So I need to just pay the GST amount which is immediately refundable. I
As I already paid *k I still was in impression that the call is from Nykaa promotion. I trusted and paid *****.* RS. They were taking all the payments screenshot. The lady said I have paid wrong amount so they can't refund their system is refusing asked me to again pay *****.** and then only she will be able to refund. I have again Paid. Total paid ****.* RS/ by that my account balance became very low. She started creating another scenario, said we have only * slots of refund **k and **k but as you have exceed that you need to pay another *k. I said I have no money left on account and she said to borrow from someone. So, by that time I was sure that I am in big trouble and everything has gone. I gave the phone to my husband when he said we are going to police the girl was very confident and asked to record the call and go to police. Immediately we called in bank and cyber crime support. Bank has freeze my debit now. I am so shocked that still their number is active and I have all details of their account number branch then why it's so difficult to catch them and put under bar. Kindly please help me to get my money back. I will be forever grateful to you.
