I have received a wrong order and hence asked for a refund. They said it would be refunded in * days. I have asked them at least * times and it has been ** days since the transaction. They claim to have initiated the transfer.
When I asked them for proof, they submit a transaction code which is an invalid i.e transaction where my money has been debited to swiggy. When I keep asking them, one of the executives rudely asked me to behave with manners.
