My order was delivered on *rd August **** and there were few items not delivered to me for which they initiated a refund of Rs ***.**. I have been calling them every day since *rd of august and not just once, I have been calling them multiple times in a day to ask them about my refund, yet all I get is that my issue is a priority and that it's escalated and I have been assured million of times that I will get a call from senior officials to resolve my issue but no one has gotten the time yet nor anybody is bothered to resolve my issue. Its been almost a month now and they have harassed me so terribly, wasted so much of my time. I cannot fathom to explain the horrible customer service they are providing. They even went ahead and disconnected my call whilst I was yelling in pain. Every time I call them, every single customer agent tells me the same thing that my issue will be resolved soon and they keep trying to connect me with the escalation team but apparently, the escalation team is ALWAYS busy, so I wonder whom they talk to when they aren't really answering the customer's calls. It is so darn frustrating and irking. I have wasted so much of my time talking to these people over and over again, yet I cannot seem to understand how they are functioning with such horrible customer service. I have dropped them mails as well for which they reply the same message which goes like this: "With reference to your below email regarding your complaint status.We would like to inform you that as checked in the system our team is working on it to resolve your concern on priority." They literally copy-paste the same damn reply every time I ask for an update. It is extremely disheartening to have come across such a horrible experience from such a reputed organization. I didn't want to come this far to actually fire a complaint against them but even after my sincere requests and hinting them already about my intention of complaints against them, they had no courtesy whatsoever to communicate with me. Hope I get my refund asap.
