I had called to book a hotel for * night with OYO Rooms at * am and spoke with an agent to do so. She said that I will have to check with the property about early check in and gave me an option with Gaurav Residency in Kharadi for Rs ****. She did not mention about the early check in charged and said I will only be charged ****. However, at the property I was charged **** (**** for early check in). Now when I call OYOY Rooms to check about it, they fail to refund my money and say there is nothing that they can do. Neither are they willing to listen to the call, nor do they call back when you get disconnected. I feel they hung up on you on purpose to avoid talking about this issue rather than resolving it. This is pathetic and so would like sue then for this.
