I have been charged near about ***** due to one assist service and had asked to deactivate the service before * months but still not deactivated.
Again I have to pay **** rs and they will ask to continue till ** May.
Even after calling multiple times the complaints are not taken seriously and customers are charged for this.
I spoke to customer care number and the person who was speaking was Nandini.
She is again fooling me on the process of deactivation.
I want this service deactivated right now.
