On **.**.**** an amount of Rs.**,*** was taken from my HDFC credit card(rent a payment. CRED )account and the payment was made to you (Dreamplug Technologies) by some unscrupulous persons. I understand that they had cunningly taken the details of my credit card and made the payment for their dues to you from my card. The payment from my card was done without my knowledge. This is unethical which resulted financial loss for me. One more payment of Rs.***** was made on the same day to Dreamplug Paytech Solutions, which seems to be your group company, from my card unauthorizedly and the total loss to me is Rs.**,***.**. Investigate and find out the culprits and refund my money
