We have booked one ticket from Ahmedabad to Sanfrancisco on **th January, **** vide their booking id no. NN************* by paying an amount of Rs. **,***/-. Due to some reason I have rescheduled this ticket for which I had paid an amount of Rs. **,***/- towards date change penalty and fare difference. But we have not received either invoice or any detail against this payment.
Again, we had cancelled the above said ticket. While cancelling, makemytrip representative promised to refund an amount of Rs. *,**,***/- after deducting the cancellation penalty. To our surprise, we have received only Rs. **,***/- only as refund.
