I ordered headset named steel series arctic * from *gud by Flipkart for Rs ****. I got the wrong product named SteelSeries Siberia *** on *th August. So I registered return request but it got closed after * days without any reason mentioned. I called in customer care and asked them as to why my request was closed so they asked me to reply to the email. I got in return to my email they said that the courier partner assured that the product was intact it was not my issue. Instead, it was that I got the wrong product so I called them again and address the issue but they asked me to file again return request and also reply to the mail which I did both but again my return request got closed after * days. I got the same reply from the email since then I have been calling them regularly but they keep telling me the same procedure and also told that there is no other procedure. I will constantly be filing a return request and they are being closed without any reason mentioned. It's been ** days since my product got delivered and five of my return request has been closed. I've been getting the same email from the team after my regular call to them started talking to me rudely and said that my request will not be processed. They are also not listening to my complain and not understanding what issue I am facing exactly. I need your help because it might not be a huge amount for everyone but I am a student and that's what I get to spend for a month. I need my refund and also want to complain about how these companies like Flipkart cheat us.
