I ordered a phone one plus one from *GUD by flipkart for ****, on **nd Aug ****. I received the product **th Aug ****. The power button is loose and i have to press more than *-* times and sim slot is loose. It detects the network then losses the network stating there is no sim. I requested for refund. The tecnician came and inspects the product and i said i am not happy about this. He told customer is not happy and closed the case. He didnt tell about the problem or defects of the phone. Then i received messages stating the case is close and the refund is rejected. There is no customer care number also, only email which they responds after ** hrs. I even call flipkart and they said they can't help as flikart is not involved. There were emails which i continuously received from *Gud stating we are unable to reach you. I replied them stating to call in alternate number and also the available time to reach me. I never received a call. Once i receive a call, the ring was just a seconds before i pick the call, they hung up giving miscall. I immediately receive a massage from *Gud stating they are unable to reach me. I immediately call that number but states i cannot reach that number... Sooo pathetic services. Worst and fraud... How can you guys give defective product and give various silly reason just that you don't want to refund. I continuously raised more then * times for refund but each time they rejected my refund requests. They have this ** days return policy. Now i am not able to raise refund request from thr website. I even spoke to **** number which i receive in messages and they just acted they listened to mu query and rejected the refund requests. I need my refund for this.
