I raised the service request on **th of July **** for my LG OK** speaker under extended warranty by Onsitego, I was given the assurance that my issue will be resolved within ** days and was given the final closing date of **th July ****. But onsitego was unable to get my device repaired and they extended the resolution date to *th of August **** without my consent, later on they were still unable to resolve the issue and my device couldn’t be repaired so my replacement for the product was approved on *th August **** (I am attaching the proofs), On *th of August **** I was informed that I will be provided a replacement product. On **th of August I made a payment of **** rupees(screenshot attached) to onsitego for a replacement product because of the value difference and the same model unavailability, replacement model agreed on (Samsung t**), I was informed that the booking for the replacement device would be done immediately once I pay the amount, but later on after making the payment and not getting any update I was informed it takes around ** hrs for the booking to done. Later when I enquired I was informed that booking was done on **th August **** and with no updates when I tried to reconnect I was informed that the payment for the replacement product was made to Croma store on **th August ****, how was booking done on **th August and payment being made on **th August and I was informed once the device is booked i would be able to track it which I am unable to and I AM ATTACHING ALL THE SCREENSHOTS, kindly have a look into this issue and give me a proper resolution which I need a full refund + the additional amount I paid.
Onsitego is not taking the issue seriously as there is no resolution in sight even after dragging me for more than a month. All I get is follow up dates and false promises.
Onsitego has now started to mentally disturb me because they have consumed so much of time and still I have nothing in hand.
I request you to kindly provide me solution for this issue at the earliest.
Because now I am tired of taking follow ups and asking for a solution and now my only option is to move to consumer court as I have already given enough of my time to onsitego.
