I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with the warranty and repair process for my Samsung television, which I purchased from your Sathya showroom.
On [**.**.****], I bought a Samsung television model from sathya showroom. I also purchased a *-year warranty for an additional cost of INR **** approximately. On (**.**.****) the television got repaired, and I promptly raised a complaint with the Samsung service team and onsite go .
However, I have encountered a discrepancy in the repair process. According to my warranty agreement, it states that the television is covered for repairable costs of up to INR ***** per year. When I contacted Samsung service, they initially approved the repair but later, when the on-site executive assessed the TV, they deemed it "not repairable." Consequently, replacement was approved, but the credited amount is only INR ***** approximately, significantly less than the cost of the television.
I believe this situation is not aligned with the terms of my warranty agreement, which clearly states the coverage for repairable costs up to INR ***** per year. I feel that I am being unfairly treated in this matter.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I am attaching a copy of my warranty agreement for reference. I expect that the warranty terms and conditions will be honored, and I receive the appropriate resolution in accordance with the agreement.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a timely and satisfactory resolution. Please let me know the next steps and how we can proceed to ensure a fair and just outcome.
