We are residents of Germany and have to catch Vande Bharat flight to Frankfurt. I have booked ticket for **th May **** AirAsia flight **:** from Indore to Delhi for my wife and infant daughter. On **th May AirAsia called and messaged to confirm that our flight will fly. On **th afternoon suddenly got the message, email and call mentioning the flights is cancelled and confirming that we will get full refund.
Now I have raised the refund request on MakeMyTrip and called them multiple times using international calls but they are telling me to contact AirAsia. On the other hand AirAsia tells that I have to contact MakeMyTrip as I have booked from them and they have processed the refund already.
MakeMyTrip trip is not willing to give me my money back. I have the cancellation email and SMS from AirAsia as the proof. All the other proofs are also available but MakeMyTrip are not even listening.
