I had ordered cake and flowers for my wife's birthday. I didn't get the order and status was shown as Processing. I tried to contact customer care through multiple channels for almost ** times. There was no response. At last next day when already the surprise was ruined and the special day was over, i received a call from them stating that they were unable to fulfill the order and a full refund would be initiated.
It's been over a month now but I am yet to receive the money back.
