I opted myflowerapp to send flowers to a colleague upon request by my manager, and after payment confirmation, they call me to inform that they don't service in that area and that my amount will be refunded in *-* days. Today, it's ** days since the order was placed and I haven't got the money inspite of multiple emails to them.
