I booked a Hyundai Eon **** car for travel on Sept
*th ****. I paid the entire amount of Rs**** by credit card. When I went to pick up the car, they could not verify my profile due to systems issue on their side. So I could not use the car. This caused immense harm since I had to miss a business meeting (probable loss on that could run into lakhs of rupees). When I called the customer service, the representative said she will immediately process the refund. Finally, after waiting for * month and ** days, I complained about not receiving the refund. The company now says I will not receive refund since it is over ** days after the trip.
