*. I purchased a ticket my make my trip. The airlines is INDIGO airlines.
*. Indigo airlines informed me that my ticket has been cancelled.
*. I wish to confirm it from Make my trip. I went through make my trip website & came to know that
a. No customer complaint redressal system is available on make my trip website.
b. No contact details of make my trip are available on make my trip website i.e; email/ mobile no.
c. Landline no. of make my trip available on website is not responsive.
*. Make my trip should provide customer complaint redressal system on its portal & should also provide its responsive contact details on website.
