I have following up on my return request for the product since last couple of days.
Order ID: *********
We faced a lot of issues starting from the delivery till the installation ( which is not done yet).
*. We asked the delivery boy to place it on the first floor where we actually live. He denied and left abruptly.
The way he behaved is not at all accepted .
*. Later service center called us and we told them to visit to have a look where we actually can fit this AC.
They told us to send the screenshots of the room. We sent and they suggested a point.
Once the place got ready , they denied that the product cannot be installed at that place .
Please note that they have never visited the place yet and we have already spend ****/- on the construction and now we get to know that place is not
feasible.
No one is contacting us on this issue and we have been following since couple of days.
I want this product to be returned
