I purchased a Godrej refrigerator (***lt, edge pro ***) on **nd November ****. It's hardly been * months. One fine morning the cooling of the refrigerator was not working. On informing the service centre and after * to * days of follow up, the service executive came and checked and informed the compressor needs to be replaced.
It's now almost * weeks so far nothing has been done. As we both are working and have *yr old child, we are finding it very difficult to keep life moving. Previous day night we prepare our food for the next day as we both have to be in office and kid to be in playschool. All of us need to take food along with us. Due to refrigerator failure, the *yr old child is most affected as we are not able to cook and preserve food in good condition. This has affected his health. When calling up the service centre they tell us next week. Weeks have gone by but nothing has happened. We request to get our refrigerator replaced. It's new refrigerator purchased just * months back and the company offering ** years warranty for the compressor.
