Here is the brief history of my complaint.
I raised the complaint on **th October with call number: F********** and a technician visited me. He checked and found out the gear assembly is faulty and in * days without any action call got closed.
On **th October, I got a call from Local Godrej Manager (Sanjay Gupta) that another complain (call number: F**********) will be raised which he did on my behalf and sent the technician but the technician came with gear assembly for another model, which is a classic case of mis management from Mr Sanjay and team.
Now I am following up with Mr Sanjay every *-* days and every time I hear that part is not there and It will come in *-* days. Customer care is also redirecting the conversation to Sanjay Gupta. Looks like he is the only point of contact to me as Godrej company who is not responding well.
