This is regarding the worst experience I encountered while taking a flight. And I need a resolution around this matter. My flight got cancelled/delayed * times.

I booked a Spicejet flight through BudgetTicket.com
Flight No- SG‐****, Pune to Delhi, ** Aug *:** AM - ** Aug *:** AM
This flight got preponed.
New Details: Flight No- SG‐****, Pune to Delhi, ** Aug *:** AM - ** Aug *:** AM
No communication was circulated to me either through SMS, Whatsapp or Email.
Then the flight got cancelled and a new flight was arranged with a promise that it would be on time.

No communication was circulated to me either through SMS, Whatsapp or Email. I travelled to the airport and while checking in, the information was shared with me.
Then the flight AGAIN got delayed.

No communication was circulated to me either through SMS, Whatsapp or Email. I travelled to the airport and while web-checking in, I got to know this information. I was unable to download my boarding pass and even the date mentioned in it was also wrong.
Mine and my parents' mental peace has been destroyed. My whole day is wasted.
As per DCGA guidelines, if a scheduled flight gets delayed by more than ** hours, I'm entitled to some consumer rights and I would like to exercise them.
