I had a flight on **st Aug.from Mumbai to Ahmedabad **** which was scheduled on **.** p.m but I received a message stating that the flight was rescheduled at **.** p.m.When I reached the airport I came hrs prior to the departure I came to know that my flight was again delayed by * hrs which was not informed to me before,but when I told them that I didn't got any message from their side about the delay they started giving me thousands of excuses and even told me that they have sent the message,and I have booked the flight from third party and they have sent them the message and it is their duty to inform me about this but actually I have booked the ticket from skyscanner app from other airlines before and have received delayed flight information from other airlines also.After much argument they told me that the flight may depart at **.** p.m or maybe cancelled ,but **%chances are to be cancelled ,so to take the full refund which would be refunded with * working days.Till now I haven't received any refund since ** days have passed.I have sent many mails to the concerned department but noone is responding neither there is any option to speak to an executive about the issue.
