- Multiple issues caused by service done to my Legion Open

I bought a legion *i in april of this year. It was a premium custom build and had top of the line specs, accidental damage protection , * year warranty, legion ultimate support , basically everything they had to offer.
By June the adapter failed, and lenovo replaced it coz warranty. Then soon after that mid July the screen started flickering when i moved the hinge and sometimes fully freezing. I contacted lenovo and they replaced the display citing hardware issues. But to replace the display they used unneccary force on my laptop even prying open the display with a metal scale. I let it be but that very day my wifi started disconnecting intermittently. Ofc to resolve this I once again contacted Lenovo. They didnt take it seriously initially and after multiple calls over the course of months they finally diagnosed it and came to my house (i was home for diwali)to attempt repair by replacing the wifi card. This immeadiately made my laptop lose bluetooth as a function. Then to resolve the bluetooth they came home once more and replaced the new card with the old one. their logic being see it connects to wifi and now u have bluetooth , so problem solved. Ofc the wifi issue resurfaced and this time they came back and replaced the wifi card with a new one as well as the antenna. I lost bluetooth once again and when i complained they said they cant do any additional repairs till i try uninstalling and reinstalling my operating software aka windows.(they were citing software problems now). I held off on that because to me bluetooth was not as essential as my files and wifi so i decided to not push it anymore and leave it be. But come november and the same screen issue came back and then wifi started disappearing completely and bluetooth remained non existent. At this point out of worry i contacted lenovo again and they pushed me to reset my laptop and if that fails reinstall windows. I did as they asked and the reset failed. so the premium care agent let me through doing a reset using the nuovo button and that failed too. then with them on remote access of my phone they led me through the windows reinstallation which also failed immeadiately. as a final try he asked me to try the reinstall once more which also failed. The agent stated he would ask his superiors and get back to me but he didnt so yesterday i reached out to lenovo once more. They are deflecting the issue asking me to try the reinstall once more. They are not taking responsibility for the issues caused by their service and as I am a student I see no other avenue to approach that wont be time consuming and expensive. I want them to either fully repair at no cost as soon as possible or replace the laptop or give a refund. My laptop has been rendered unusable thanks to the shoddy service done by them.
